What is a Sponsored Guide?
Every hobby on Whimzi has a guide page — covering an overview of the hobby, how to get started, recommended equipment and supplies, and a learning path from beginner to advanced. Users see these guides because they've already expressed interest in the hobby through our personality quiz or by adding it to their profile.
As a sponsor, your organization and recommendations are featured directly on the guide page. One sponsor per guide — your placement is exclusive.
Branding Options
Prominent
Your organization's name, tagline, and logo displayed at the top of the guide. "Presented by [Your Organization]" — the first thing users see.
Subtle
A small credit line at the bottom of the guide. Low-key presence that still gets your name in front of the right people.

What You Provide
Equipment & Supplies section (required) — Your recommended gear, tools, or starter materials for the hobby, with direct links. Whether you sell them or simply endorse them, this is where your expertise goes. Use [brackets] around product names to indicate where links should be placed.
Other sections (optional) — You can also submit content for the Overview, Getting Started, or Learning Path sections. Leave any section blank to keep our existing guide content.
Images — Email product photos, your logo, or other images to [email protected] after submitting the form.

Tell us about your organization, choose your hobby guide, and submit your content. Most sponsors only need to fill out the Equipment & Supplies and Product Links sections.
Email your images
Send any logos or images to [email protected]. Reference your organization name and the hobby guide in the subject line.
We review & publish
Our team reviews your submission, formats the content, and publishes the sponsored guide. We'll email you when it's live.
Terms
Sponsored guide placement is currently offered at no cost during our early access period.
Existing free placements are not grandfathered — when paid tiers launch, free sponsors must transition to a paid plan or their content will be removed.
All submitted content is subject to review and approval before publishing.
Whimzi may edit submitted content for formatting, tone, or clarity.
Whimzi reserves the right to remove or modify sponsored content at any time, for any reason, without notice.
One sponsor per guide — placement is exclusive.
Sponsors must not submit misleading, harmful, or deceptive content.
All product links must be direct URLs — no affiliate or tracking links.
Whimzi reserves the right to wrap, replace, or modify submitted URLs, including converting direct product links to affiliate links where applicable.
Whimzi retains the right to place its own affiliate links alongside sponsor content.
